Returns & Exchanges
Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days after receiving the product(s). Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used at checkout.
Please note:

Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.

Sale or promotional items are excluded and follow our standard return policy.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it is processed. If the order has not yet been shipped, you will receive a full refund.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for return or exchange, the item must be:

Unopened and unused

In the original packaging

Returned in the same condition as received

Returned with all labels and seals intact
Please note:

Return shipping costs and any import/customs fees are not refundable and are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns must be sent from the same country where the order was delivered.

Customised or personalised items cannot be returned.

For hygiene reasons, underwear, skincare, and similar items are not returnable.

Faulty items are eligible for return.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product shows signs of use or damage.
How to Return
Step 1: Contact our Customer Service team with:

Proof of purchase

Photo or video of the product (if faulty)
Step 2: Pack the item in the original packaging.
Step 3: Send the return to the address below using a trackable courier.
Refund
Once we receive your return, please allow 10–30 business days for processing.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If the return does not meet our conditions, the package will be returned to you at your expense.
