Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Options

We currently offer Standard Delivery for orders shipped to the United States.

Standard Delivery

• Estimated delivery time: 2–20 business days

• Shipping cost: $0

• Free shipping on orders over $99 (discount applied automatically at checkout)

Please note: during peak seasons or promotional sales, delivery may take longer than the estimated timeframe.

2. Shipping Destinations

We ship to all 50 U.S. states and Washington D.C.
Shipping is available Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.

Please note: We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

3. Order Processing & Tracking

Order processing begins once your order is accepted. Processing and dispatch usually occur within 24 hours on business days, but may take longer during promotional periods.

Once your order is packed, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking details may take a few days to appear in the carrier’s system.

You can also track your order through your account on our website.

4. Taxes & Duties

Taxes and duties are calculated based on your shipping destination and will be displayed at checkout.

We ship on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices do not include taxes or import duties.

Once your order reaches the destination country, you may be required to pay any applicable:

• customs fees

• local sales taxes

After placing your order, we will send an email to confirm these terms.
